Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Accestories.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
The buyer is obliged 3 days from order receipt, to inform us about his intention to return the purchased goods.
Thereafter he must send back the items 14 days from date of receipt (by postmark). If these rules are not adhered to, then Accestories.com will not recognize any refund.
After completing the return of products (at the address you have been given), you will have to inform us about the tracking number. Accestories.com recognizes no return, unless it is informed before being carrying out and also not been informed (via email) about the tracking number.
Before returning the products, Accestories.com reserves the right to request photos or videos with specific content in order to proceed the return procedure.
By returning an order, we only refund the amount (in cash or goods) paid to Accestories.com. The Accestories.com has no obligation to return any funds which are paid as a tariff, customs or tax rates in the buyer's country. The shipping cost of the return paid by the customer.
1. All returns must be sent back within 14 days (to the address you were specified by the accestories.com) of the receipt of the item.
We only accept products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service, and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
Returning for replacement and refund:
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 3 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 14 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an 75% refund. (25% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
3. Canceled orders (Before and After delivery)
If an order is cancelled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred.
If the buyer decide to cancel an order after shipping out while goods are still in transit, then the buyer is obliged 3 days from order receipt, to inform us about his intention. Thereafter he must send back the items 14 days from date of receipt (by postmark). If these rules are not adhered, then Accestories.com will not recognize any refund.
After the buyer completes the return of purchased products (to the address they had been given), they have to inform us about the tracking number. Accestories.com will not recognize any return if it is not informed before being carryied out, and also not been informed in writing (email) about the the tracking number. Before returning the product, Accestories.com reserves the right to request photos or videos with specific content in order to proceed with the return process.

4. Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
5. Refund is not available if your order was not delivered due to factors within buyer control, e.g. if buyer refuse customs clearance, refuse to receive the order after post notification etc.
6. If within 45 working days (by shipment date) the buyer does not receive their parcel, then they are entitled to a full refund or a resend of their order (buyer choice).
Note: Diagnostic cables for cars, motorcycles, trucks etc. are not returned.
