1) The shipping cost is free of charge on all orders? Even for products from 1 euro?

Yes, it is free for all orders regardless of the purchase price and number of items.

2) For which countries is the free shipping available?

For USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia and the rest of the world (170 countries). Find out the countries that our company can deliver to.

3) Why are your prices are so low?

Smart Mode. Making a purchase in Accestories.com, your order is automatically transferred to the "Source" (factory or exclusive distributor) and the "Source" dispatches the products straight to your door.

Reduced operating costs, because our products are not stocked and all orders are shipped straight to your door. Thus avoiding the costs of storage, care-taking and for re-forwarding goods to you.

Customized order. Your order made directly in the << Source >>, thus avoiding the usual cycle… the manufacturer (usually Chinese), forward the products to Chinese dealers, then they re-forward that to European wholesaler. The European wholesaler dispatches the goods to local retailers and ends up at your place, after > 4 re-shipments and after having changed > 4 warehouses. In accestories.com there no re-shipments (and multiple storages), only a single one to You!

Quality products without being paid brand names. Have you ever thought when you buy a product that the paid value does not correspond to the content? This often happens because the products purchased have a ¨ brand name ¨. Which of course needs advertising expenditure to be known, consistently charging the costs in the product price (without any corresponding increase in product quality). This does not happen at Accestories.com, we focus on quality of our products without charging our customers with unnecessary costs.

4) How is the arrival time estimated?

The average estimated arrival time depends on destination. Specifically:

United States, Canada: 7-13 working days.
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: 5-12 working days.
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Netherland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan: 8-15 working days.
Italy, Brazil: 9-16 working days.
Other Areas: 9-25 working days.

5) Are the product prices final?

Product prices are final and include the shipping costs. However, any tariff or other taxes, which may apply in the country that the order is dispatched to, are not included.

6) And if I don't receive my order do I lose my money?

Of course not! Client satisfaction is our no1 priority. Therefore if you do not receive your parcel within 45 working days (which is extremely rare!), then you entitled to a refund of all your money or we can resend your order (your choice).
